More torque wouldn’t get me to buy this given it’s marginally better MPG. Maybe if I start hauling more stuff it’d become more attractive.

Sigh. This would be the Nox Box replacement (even with the gas engine) if they would just give us the wagon. My wife is a full wagon convert and we can’t settle on a decent replacement.

Ah.... I read the article wrong because Mazda on their site lists the gas powered sky active 6 at 26/38, so I assumed the 28/40 was the diesel variant.
